I’m a career educator passionate about supporting school leaders, parents and students. I’ve spent 18 years working in schools and writing curriculum across the country. I don’t remember a time I didn’t want to teach. I graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in Math and Social Studies. I’ve been trained in IB, earned my Masters Degree from Hunter College, while teaching in Brooklyn, NY, and worked as a district math specialist in Louisiana for 4 years. 7 years ago I moved back to my home state of Pennsylvania to teach math and where I currently work as a Math Specialist.

As I attend education conferences I see and appreciate the tools and resources being developed to support schools and teachers. Industry changes and technology leave a gap in teacher, parent and student implementation.
